    【摘 要】肛肠疾病是一类临床常见病、多发病，往往影响到人们的生活质量及身体健康。肛肠疾病目前临床治疗上存在疗效不理想、治疗周期长、生活质量差等诸多的问题，而中医药在治疗肛肠疾病具有“简、便、验、廉”的优势。文章总结了孔凡芬主任运用四君子汤及其类方六君子汤、香砂六君子汤、保元汤、参苓白术散、七味白术散等治疗肛肠疾病的临证经验，孔凡芬主任灵活运用四君子汤及其类方诊治痔疮、直肠脱垂、肛肠病术后(腹胀、便秘、泄泻、创面延迟愈合等)、溃疡性结肠炎等肛肠疾病，其注重培补后天之本，使脾土健运，气血调和，促进疾病愈合，疗效显著。
