    【摘 要】功能性胃肠病重叠综合征临床较为常见，其病情复杂且迁延难愈，增加了临床的诊疗难度。刘万里教授指出气机升降失调是其重叠的重要病机。对于功能性胃肠病重叠综合征的治疗，刘万里教授倡导以疏理脏腑气机立法，顺应脏腑气机特性，以“通降胃气”为先，以“调脾”“疏肝”“宣肺”为要，立足整体，临证分别施以消食化滞，和胃降气、健脾化湿，复运益气、疏肝调脾，和中理气，宣肺肃肠，通腑行气之法。脏腑气机升降秩序得复，则诸症皆愈。
