    【摘 要】肩关节周围炎又名肩周炎，多见于50岁左右中老年人。本病早期以疼痛为主，中期影响功能活动，严重影响患者生活质量。中医将肩关节周围炎归属于痹证范畴，分内外二因，认为不荣则痛或不通则痛。王艳锋主任运用以“开阖枢”理论为基础的枢经推拿对肩痹进行辨经分型，选取部分枢经手少阴经与手少阳经结合电针辨经治疗肩关节周围炎，疗效显著。
