    【摘 要】小儿泄泻与诸滞困脾关系密切。滞分虚实，虚滞为中土脏虚所生，实滞为寒食湿热及无形中气壅滞，多有虚实夹杂。小儿脾常不足，滞邪困脾，脾失运化，气机枢转反作，清阳不升，携未化谷液合污而下，发为泄泻。临证中，当以“解湿运脾，行滞调气”为治疗原则，善用醒脾运脾，辛温辛平轻清味药以复脾之生理，审证求因，行诸滞，使运化有节，升降有度。
