    【摘 要】《明堂孔穴针灸治要》并非佚失的古代针灸学典籍，其出现主要原因在于后世对《针灸甲乙经》序言的错误理解与句读。依据相关文献资料，结合《针灸甲乙经》序言的特点，文章从“明堂”析义、《黄帝明堂经》其书及别称、《明堂孔穴针灸治要》书名存误辨等多角度，对“明堂孔穴针灸治要”作为书名这一认识提出质疑，并指出可能准确的认识，以更正《针灸甲乙经》及《黄帝明堂经》研究中的误区。
