    【摘 要】

    文章探讨了藏医药学领域的杰出贡献者居·迷旁及其创制的新型药方，以及这些药方的传承和现实应用情况。居·迷旁凭借渊博的医药知识和丰富的实践经验，根据《四部医典》和历代医家的经验，遵循主、锐化药、卡居药的配伍原则，创制了150多种新型方剂。其中，以《方剂甘露精粹》为代表，不仅在研制背景、组成特点上具有独特之处，而且传承历史也备受瞩目。然而，尽管这些方剂在过去被广泛应用，如今却面临着临床应用的困境。文章从藏医学的角度深入研究这一话题，以期为这些珍贵藏医药方的继承和发展提供更多的参考和资料。
