    【摘 要】

    目的： 基于“扶正祛邪”中医特色治法，探讨健脾益肾祛湿丸在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中的应用。 方法： 从盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的病因病机、发病特点及发病过程中两者的相关性出发，通过分析健脾益肾祛湿丸组方及药理学依据，阐述在“扶正祛邪”指导下，健脾益肾祛湿丸在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中的应用。 结果： 健脾益肾祛湿丸治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症具有一定临床疗效。 结论： 基于“扶正祛邪”中医特色治法，辨治盆腔炎性疾病后遗症，为临床诊治提供了一种新的思路与方法。
