    【摘 要】

    传统中医学无高血压病名，根据其表现出来的临床症状及病情发展过程，归属于中医学“眩晕病”之类病证范畴。老年人眩晕多由年老体弱、久病劳累等因素引起，老年眩晕症的根本病机是阴阳亏虚、脏腑功能紊乱，与肝、脾、肾、心等脏密切相关，故其治疗当以治虚为主，而酌兼治其标。文章基于“无虚不作眩”理论，阐述老年性高血压的病因病机及其辨证论治，以进一步为中医药治疗老年性高血压提供思路，减少各类心血管事件的发生。
