    【摘 要】?十宣穴(EX-UE11)为经外奇穴，针刺十宣穴具有清热开窍、活血化瘀、疏经通络、调和脏腑的治疗作用，常应用于高热、中暑、昏迷、癫痫等急症，是重要的急救穴。在临床中发现十宣穴并不局限于急症治疗，在中风、颈椎病、糖尿病等疾病引起的神经功能障碍治疗中亦有良好的疗效。文章全面总结分析了历年文献中十宣穴的临床应用及作用机制，以期为十宣穴的进一步研究及应用提供参考。

    Shixuan( EX-UE11 ) is an extraordinary point. Acupuncture on EX-UE11 has therapeutic effects of clearing heat and opening orifices， activating bloodcirculation and removing blood stasis， dredging meridians and collaterals， and harmonizing zang-fu organs.
