    【摘 要】?乳腺癌发病机制复杂，涉及多个脏腑的功能异常和气血津液运行的失畅，特别是手术、放化疗后，以及疾病晚期的患者。在复杂病机矛盾体中，冲任二脉气血运行异常起着关键的作用，立足于冲任失调分析病症，更能厘清具体病症的主次矛盾，为立法处方提供更为清晰的思路。并附验案一则。

    The pathogenesis of breast cancer is complex，involving dysfunction of multiple viscera and dysfunction of Qi，blood and body fluid，especially after surgery，radiotherapy and chemotherapy，as well as patients with advanced disease. In the complex pathogenesis contradiction，the abnormal operation of Qi and blood in Chong Ren two channels plays a key role.
