    【摘 要】?目的： 子午流注择时温针灸颧髎穴针对顽固性面瘫30例疗效观察。 方法： 随机把60例顽固性面瘫患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例，对照组采用常规治疗方案，观察组用子午流注择时温针灸颧髎穴的治疗方案，治疗频率5次/周，6周后进行疗效评定。 结果： 两组治疗前后多伦多面神经评分均有升高( P< 0.05)，且观察组较高于对照组( P< 0.05)；对照组总有效率为83.3%，观察组总有效率为93.3%，具有统计学意义( P< 0.05)。 ?结论： 子午流注择时温针灸颧髎穴治疗顽固性面瘫疗效确切显著。
