    【摘 要】 旴江名医龚廷贤擅用膏药，思维独特。其著作《鲁府禁方》福、寿、康、宁四集中有大量膏药的论述，应用参术膏治疗内伤、鼓胀体现了“元气论”的自然观；应用独乌膏、太阳膏治疗头痛病体现了“阴阳论”的生命观；应用经验化癖千槌膏、黄阁化癖膏治疗小儿疳积体现了“五行论”的诊疗观。时至今日，龚氏对膏药选料、煎煮、市场、人文理念方面的研究，仍给后世医家带来重要的启示。

    Research on the Application of Plasters in the Book Lu Fu Jin Fang from the Perspective of Chinese Medicine Thinking and Modern Insights

    Abstract：The renowned physician Gong Tingxian from Xuanjiang possessed a unique mindset and exceptional skills in utilizing plasters. His work， Lu Fu Jin Fang， encompasses four volumes—Fu (Blessing)， Shou (Longevity)， Kang (Health)， and Ning (Tranquility)—which extensively discuss the application of plasters. The utilization of Can Shu Gao (parturient-related plasters) in treating internal injuries and abdominal distention exemplifies the natural perspective of the “yuanqi theory.” The application of Du Wu Gao (Black Crowberry Plaster) and Taiyang Gao (Sun Plaster) in managing headaches embodies the vitalistic outlook of the “yin-yang theory.” The use of Jian Yan Hua Pi Qian Chui Gao (Thousand-Hit Plaster for Empirical Habits) and Huang Ge Hua Pi Gao (Huang Ge Plaster for Empirical Habits) in addressing pediatric malnutrition manifests the diagnostic and therapeutic approach grounded in the “Five Elements theory.” Even in the present day ......
