    【摘 要】 “亢害承制”是中医学的经典理论，历代医家借鉴其机理，清晰地揭示了事物之间的亢害承制关系，并将其运用于临床疾病的诊疗过程之中。笔者结合“亢害承制”理论阐述反流性食管炎炎癌转化的内在机制，阐明炎癌转化过程中虚、郁、痰、瘀、毒等病理因素“亢而为害”，脏腑之间的承制关系及功能失衡为主要病机，并以“从其势，承而制之；治其反，平其所亢”为治则指导治疗。
