    【摘 要】 随着斑块型银屑病的患病率逐渐增加，火针疗法以其操作简单、成本低、安全有效等特点深受广大医者的认可。文章总结近10年火针疗法治疗斑块型银屑病的文献，综合分析单纯火针、火针联合中药、火针联合药膏、火针联合物理治疗及火针联合其他中医外治疗法治疗斑块型银屑病的临床研究进展，发现火针疗法不仅见效快，复发率低，还减少了长期口服及外用药物带来的不良反应，具有良好的发展前景和推广价值。
