    【摘 要】 颈源性枕大神经痛是临床上一种常见的神经性头痛，属中医“头痛”范畴，病机以气血亏虚为本，风寒阻络为标，乃本虚标实之证；治疗以调补气血、疏散风寒、通络止痛为原则。杨孝芳教授基于“天地人”三部配穴理论，谨守“天人合一”思想，治疗时重视标本兼治，利用针刺疗法有效改善颈源性枕大神经痛，文章介绍其诊疗思路，并附典型医案。

    Abstract：Cervicogenic occipital neuralgia is a common clinical neurological headache，belonging to the category of “headache” in Chinese medicine，with deficiency of qi and blood as the root cause and obstruction of wind and cold as the standard cause，which is an evidence of deficiency of the root cause and the standard cause.
