    【摘 要】 膜性肾病是引起肾病综合征的主要发病原因之一，临床治疗膜性肾病一般会采用在糖皮质激素药物基础上联合运用环磷酰胺的治疗方案，该方案一经实施取得了不错的疗效。然而，疾病的反复发作及药物的不良反应等仍是临床治疗的难题。童安荣主任根据多年临床经验认为膜性肾病前期以脾肾两虚为主，后期多为脾肾阳虚，水湿泛滥。治疗上应从本虚标实出发，以脾肾论治为纲，前期健脾补肾，辅助以疏肝宣肺，后期治疗以温阳为主，并注重祛湿化瘀，临床效果显著。
