    【摘 要】 意象思维是中医学的基本思维方式之一。黄柳向教授运用意象思维认识肠息肉，发现阳气的气化失职是形成肠息肉生长环境的重要原因。临床上对肠息肉的辨证分型主要为脾虚湿滞证、肝郁脾虚证、脾肾阳虚证、湿热瘀阻证、寒热错杂证，在辨证论治的同时，注重温阳化气。黄柳向教授在临床治疗肠息肉取得了较为显著的疗效，文章论述黄柳向教授治疗肠息肉的经验，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
