    【摘 要】 敦煌出土的遗书《辅行诀》中记载了与传世文献当中有所不同的组方配伍理论，包括五味五行归属、五味五行互藏、五脏五味补泻、五味配伍转化等原则。《辅行诀》封藏在洞中数百年，相比辗转传抄的文献来说，能更好的反应古代医家的思想。文章透过《辅行诀》组方理论体系，分析小建中汤的制方思想，以期从一个新的角度来管窥经方的魅力，为临床组方用药提供参考。
