【摘 要】 五运六气理论是用于探究自然规律与疾病发生发展的一门学说，其基于中医“天人相应”的理论基础延伸而来，最早可追溯到《黄帝内经》，将自然与人体和疾病密切结合；运用“脏气法时”理论探究疾病发生的病因病机，为预防诊断及治疗疾病提供指导和借鉴。文章基于运气理论，探究壬寅年的运气特点，通过对壬寅年的气候变化分析，来总结该年气候特点对罹患冠心病的影响及对临床用药进行指导。
