【摘 要】 系统性红斑狼疮是一种自身免疫性疾病，常累及到身体的多个器官组织，严重影响病人的日常工作和生活质量。在临床中一般采用免疫抑制剂、激素等来进行治疗。近年来，中医药在该病治疗上疗效显著，越来越受到临床医师所关注。根据系统性红斑狼疮临床特点，其属于中医“阴阳毒”“红蝴蝶疮”等范畴。文章以中医古籍及相关文献、临床研究为基础，认为温病血分清、散、养之法在分析系统性红斑狼疮的病机及治疗中具有重要意义，可为该病防治提供参考。
