【摘 要】 清代医家吴师机提出“外治之理即内治之理，外治之药即内治之药”，为中药膏药外治法奠定了基础。文章就近10年来中药膏药外敷治疗类风湿关节炎相关文献进行梳理总结，并对其用药特点、中医证型及作用机制进行探讨和分析，以期为中药膏药外敷治疗类风湿关节炎的挖掘与应用研究提供依据。
