【摘 要】 类风湿关节炎是一种以侵蚀性关节炎为主要表现的全身性自身免疫病，具有不死癌症之称。文章回顾了近10年针灸调控NF-κB信号通路治疗类风湿关节炎的相关文献，简述了NF-κB信号转导通路在类风湿关节炎炎症、增生和骨侵蚀病理过程中的调节作用。针灸作为中医药传统疗法治疗类风湿关节炎效果确切，具有镇痛、抗炎、调节免疫等作用。指出未来应对疾病病因做更深入的研究，并建立统一的针灸治疗标准，优化治疗方案。
