【摘 要】 文章总结张小萍教授治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的经验，张小萍教授认为非酒精性脂肪肝的病机复杂，辨证应从“痰、食、湿、瘀”入手，肝郁脾虚为发病之本，痰、食、湿、瘀为发病之标；非酒精性脂肪肝的病位早期主要在脾胃，早期病理产物为痰与食，病性多为本虚标实。张小萍教授临证尊古而不拘泥，传承又创新，注重脾胃气机的升降出入，又善于将经方与时方并用，以张氏消脂保和汤为基础方灵活化裁，用药精当，临床疗效显著。

    Abstract：This paper summarizes Professor Zhang Xiaoping’s experience in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
