【摘 要】 肾癌是泌尿外科发病率及死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤，手术后患者在临床治疗中易出现肾功能不全、心血管疾病等并发症。中医药治疗具有阴阳并调、扶正驱邪、动态调整的特点。文章总结了周红光教授运用温滋解毒法治疗肾癌术后阴阳俱损、痰湿互结证型患者的临证经验。周红光教授认为在治疗中应将温法、滋法和解毒法三法同用，既要帮扶正气，也不忘祛除痰、湿、毒、瘀、热、寒等邪实，文章附验案一则。
