【摘 要】 膝骨关节炎是骨伤科常见疾病，其发病时多表现有疼痛、活动受限等，对患者日常生活及工作造成了极大的影响。临床多采用中西医结合治疗，疗效不一。壮医把膝骨关节炎称为“骆芡”，通过“天地人三气同步”理论进行辨证施治，临床屡获良效。故文章基于壮医“天地人三气同步”理论探讨膝骨关节炎的辨治，以期为临床诊治膝骨关节炎提供理论支持。
