【摘 要】 脊髓损伤是一种严重的神经系统疾病，属于中医“痿证”“体惰”范畴，“督脉受损、肾阳不足”是脊髓损伤的主要病因病机，从督脉论治脊髓损伤是中医治疗的关键。文章基于督脉理论，介绍了中医学对脊髓损伤的认识以及“通督益髓”法理论的形成，简述了 “通督益髓”法电针治疗脊髓损伤的临床应用及机制研究，以期为脊髓损伤的中医理论及临床研究提供新思路。
