【摘 要】 痛风性肾病因其临床具有反复发作、病程周期长的特征，给临床诊疗工作带来了一定程度的挑战，又因其病因病机的复杂性及不可治愈性，众医家在治疗时尚无确切临床诊疗依据。童安荣主任通过长期临床实践经验，总结出痛风性肾病为本虚标实之候，其中主要与肾虚关系最为密切，标实则多为湿、热、淤胶结所致，以滋肾清利法治疗能有效改善患者的临床症状和保护肾功能。现附验案1例，介绍童安荣主任治疗痛风性肾病的临证经验，以资佐证。
