【摘要】

    中风后下肢麻木是中风常见的后遗症状，临床上治疗难度较大，严重影响患者生活质量。文章基于壮医对中风后下肢麻木的认识，通过壮医经筋疗法从“麻在少阳”的临床辨治思路，对中风后下肢麻木进行诊治。采用壮医独创的“手法+火针+拔罐”三联疗法及壮医头部放血改善患者麻木症状，为针灸治疗中风后下肢麻木提供新的思维模式。

    Abstract：

    Lower limb numbness after stroke is a common sequelae of stroke，which is difficult to treat clinically and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Based on Zhuang doctor，s understanding of lower limb numbness after stroke，this article makes diagnosis and treatment of lower limb numbness after stroke through Zhuang doctor，s Jingji therapy from the clinical treatment idea of “numbness in Shaoyang”. The triple therapy of “manipulation+fire needle+cupping” created by Zhuang Medical and head bloodletting were used to improve the numbness symptoms of patients and provide a new thinking mode for acupuncture treatment of lower limb numbness after stroke. ......
