【摘要】

    克罗恩病近年来在我国的发病率逐步上升，现代中医药界尽管对其的诊治积累了许多宝贵经验，但由于中医古籍中尚无明确记载，也未有相关的治疗历史记录，学术界对于克罗恩病的中医诊断、病因病机等也未有统一共识，因此总结和完善克罗恩病病因病机的规律特点对于其中医药治疗具有重要意义。综合目前各家对于治疗克罗恩病的心得体会，总结了其的病机特点。克罗恩病病位在肠，与脾胃密切相关，病机特点根据疾病发展规律分为三类：初期者为实证，以湿热致病为主；中期始亏脾土，症多虚实并见；后期可累及至肾，出现气血阴阳减弱的症状。
