【摘要】

    白癜风为难治性皮肤病的一种，中医将其归属为“白驳风”范畴。白癜风病因病机为脾胃虚弱，气血失和，风邪外袭，与虚劳病因病机存在相似性。文章基于“风气百疾”理论探讨白癜风的病因病机、中医治疗，确立益气健脾，养血祛风为治法，应用薯蓣丸治疗白癜风，并提供验案一则，以拓宽白癜风的临床治疗思路。
