【摘要】文章以《针灸甲乙经》中有关耳鸣取穴相关内容，立足于《黄帝内经》相关经文，探讨耳鸣的辨证取穴思路。笔者认为《针灸甲乙经》中有关耳鸣取穴的内在病机主要集中在5个方面：①髓海不足，取百会；②阳气上跃发耳鸣，可取听宫、耳门、颔厌、颅息、天窗、偏历以及部分经外奇穴；③手太阳筋经为病，取前谷、后溪穴；④宗气不足，取上关、少商穴；⑤心脉微涩取大陵穴。其耳鸣的发生是以脾胃为中心的气血阴阳升降的结构失衡。临证结合脉证，调整脾胃阴阳气血的平衡状态，是治疗耳鸣总的原则。

    Abstract：Based on the relevant scriptures of Huangdi Neijing，this paper discusses the thinking of acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation of tinnitus.The author believes that the internal pathogenesis of tinnitus in Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing mainly focuses on five aspects：① The sea of marrow is insufficient，and Baihui is selected; ②If there is tinnitus when the yang qi rises，you can listen to the palace，the ear door，the jaw and the stomach，the cranial breath，the skylight，the partial calendar，the Daling point and some extra meridian odd points; ③The Taiyangjin Meridian_{xzStc+I//P0oALYd3hwoitm7p7EAEsdamg2aq/EAApw=} of the hand is diseased，and Qiangu and Houxi acupoints are taken; ④If the Zongqi is insufficient ......
