中药调控抑郁症相关信号通路研究进展
【摘要】文章简述了中药调控cAMP、MAPK、BDNF、PI3K/Akt等信号通路在治疗抑郁症中的实验研究进展。分析表明这些信号通路主要通过抑制神经炎症、抗氧化应激、调控神经细胞凋亡、促进神经因子表达及促进神经元修复等以达到抗抑郁效果。以期为中医药治疗抑郁症提供依据。【关键词】抑郁症;信号通路;中药;研究进展

Abstract:Its treatment is based on the hypothesis of hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis imbalance,neuroplasticity hypothesis,monoamine neurotransmitter and other hypotheses.At present,western medicine has the shortcomings of short clinical validity and different adverse reactions.Therefore,the author of this article will summarize the specific roles of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depression,in order to provide a basis for the treatment of depression with traditional Chinese medicine.

抑郁症是以抑郁情绪、失去快感为主要特征,伴情绪焦虑、疲倦、记忆力减退、睡眠障碍、无价值感或内疚感、自杀意念为表现的一种慢性精神障碍[1]。中医学将抑郁症归为“郁证”的范畴,病因病机多为机体气机郁结,临床上以肝郁脾虚型、肝气郁结型、心脾两虚型、肾虚肝郁型较为多见,其主要治法为宣通郁结[2]。西医治疗建立在下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴失调、神经可塑性假说、单胺神经递质等假说的基础上,但其具体作用机制尚不明确[3-4] ......
