【摘要】 肛周脓肿是指发生在肛管直肠周围间隙的急性化脓性疾病，中医学称之为“肛痈”。西医学认为肛周脓肿主要由肛腺阻塞感染引起，发病率较高，且多见于年轻男性。“态靶辨证”是由仝小林院士基于中医“调态”和现代药理学研究发展而提出的临床新思路。临床观察到肛周脓肿初期患者多属“热”态，多辨为“热毒蕴结证”。文章介绍史树勋主任临床经验，应用“仙方活命饮”为调态方，可以调“热毒蕴结证”肛周脓肿之“热”态，同时加黄柏、蒲公英、七叶一枝花为靶药精准打靶，态靶结合，能有效改善患者症状，遏制疾病发展进程，达到“既病防变”之效。
