【摘要】近代中医大家张锡纯临证应用当归经验丰富，其著作《医学衷中参西录》中记载含有当归的方剂多达27首，用量二钱至一两不等，用法多样。文章通过收集整理张氏对当归的论述、方剂与医案，分析总结其临床应用当归的范围、用法用量、药味配伍、创新古方以及创制新方等特点，以期为后代医家临床运用当归提供更广阔的思路。

    Abstract：Zhang Xichun，a modern master of traditional Chinese medicine，has rich experience in the clinical application of Angelica sinensis.His work “Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination” records that there are as many as 27 prescriptions containing Angelica sinensis，with a dosage ranging from two coins to one or two，and a variety of uses.The article collects and organizes Zhangs discussions，formulas，and medical records on Angelica sinensis，analyzes and summarizes its clinical application scope，usage and dosage，medicinal flavor compatibility，innovative ancient formulas，and the creation of new formulas，in order to provide broader ideas for future doctors to use Angelica sinensisin clinical practice.
