【摘要】目的：建立一测多评法(QAMS)同时测定感冒退烧片中葛根素、3’-甲氧基葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以AgilentZorbaxSB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm，5μm)为色谱柱，柱温30℃；流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸，梯度洗脱，流速为1.0mL/min；检测波长为250nm。以葛根素为内标，计算其他3种异黄酮成分的相对校正因子，计算其含量。结果：4种异黄酮成分在各自范围内线性关系良好，各相对校正因子重复性良好，一测多评法所得结果与外标法接近，相对平均偏差<5.0%。结论：QAMS法方法新颖，简捷准确，节约成本，可用于感冒退烧片的质量控制。
