从脾肾阳虚论当归生姜羊肉汤理论模型的应用
【摘 要】 当归生姜羊肉汤首见于《金匮要略》,为仲景所创经典食疗名方。其用方精简,仅由当归、生姜、羊肉三味药物组成,以温通之法补虚散寒、温补脾肾;主要应用于寒疝、妇人产后腹中痛及虚劳三病。而后亦被广泛应用于治疗多种临床疾病,起到了一方多治的效果,也启发了古今许多医家对其临床应用及其治病机理的研究。古人多从血虚寒凝、下元虚寒论治。文章尝试整理古今文献,从脏腑辨证角度,以研究当归生姜羊肉汤的现代应用及其对脾肾阳虚型相关疾病治疗效用的中医理论内涵。【关键词】 当归生姜羊肉汤;脾肾阳虚证;本位思想

Abstract:Decoction of angelica sinensis,ginger,and mutton was first seen in the Jingui Yaolue and is a classic dietary remedy created by Zhong Jing. Its prescription is simplified, consisting only of three herbs: angelica sinensis, ginger, and mutton.
