【摘 要】 文章基于李东垣之“阴火”理论，分析其与癌性发热间的相互关联，分析癌性发热之病因病机及治疗。中焦脾土元气亏虚，“热毒之邪”亢盛，则致升降失常、气火失调，“火与元气不两立，一胜则一负”，则致阴火上乘，蒸蒸而热。癌性发热患者元气亏虚，基于“劳者温之”“损者温之”，李东垣创甘温除大热之法，可以补中益气汤治疗癌性发热，以甘温之品温补脾胃元气，并升其清阳之气，元气既充，则阴火自消，发热则退。明代医家张介宾基于其“阴火”理论及内伤脾胃的学术思想，创变方“补阴益气煎”，气阴同补，以治伤脾发热者，亦可用于癌性发热治疗。
