【摘 要】 崩漏一直是妇科临床的多发病、疑难急重病，现代医学主要以激素替代及手术治疗为主，存在复发率高、患者医从性不好等问题。中医药在辨证论治基础上，通过调节肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴治疗崩漏，具有多途径治疗、疗效肯定、复发率低的优势。文章总结了金凤丽教授诊治崩漏的经验，她认为准确的辨病辨证、及时的止血保命、灵活的方药选择是诊治崩漏的首要任务，而气虚和血瘀在该病的形成、发展及转归中又起着至关重要的作用，临证必须考虑其对疾病的影响。
