【摘 要】

    多囊卵巢综合征是青春期和育龄女性高发疾病，在临床治疗上具有病程长、易复发、复杂性、难根治的情况，单纯激素治疗有一定局限性。浙江裘氏妇科流派治疗多囊卵巢综合征及其他排卵障碍性疾病具有独特优势，擅长分期用药，补而不滞，随证变化，具有鲜明的流派特色。文章介绍裘氏传人张婷教授基于张景岳“妇人血隔”病机理论，治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临证经验，提出本病可立足“实从心肝，虚从脾肾”的治则，运用“通利心肝”的治法，注重中西结合，保护和恢复卵巢功能，可以为临床治疗提供参考。
