【摘 要】 腹泻型肠易激综合征发病率高，病情反复，迁延难愈，严重影响患者的生活质量。风邪是引起腹泻型肠易激综合征的重要病因，治疗应以从风论治为切入点。文章对风的含义进行阐述，从风与腹泻型肠易激综合征发病机制的相关性，探讨用风药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征，以期为腹泻型肠易激综合征的中医临床治疗提供参考。
