【摘 要】 明代著名新安医家孙一奎所著《孙氏医案》，是我国中医学历史上一本颇具特色，且声名远扬、影响深远的医案著作。笔者拟从医案本身撰写的特色及临证时诊疗思想经验的特色两个方面，系统总结《孙氏医案》的鲜明特点，并列举验案一则，以充分展现孙氏验案撰写与临证思想的独特魅力。

    The Author of Sun’s Medical Records and the Characteristics of the Thought of Clinical Evidence
