    Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetherepairefectof donkeywhippeptideonmaleratswithsexualdysfunction.MethodThe amino acidcompositionandmolecular weight distributionofdonkeywhippeptidewere aalyzed.SDratswereselectedtoestablisha maleratmodelofsexualdysfunction.Diferentconcentrationsofdonkeyhippeptidewereusedtointervneinthismodel.Theweight oftheratswasrecorded，andthetesticularandrenalindiceswere measured.Enzymelinkedimmunosorbentassaywasusedtodetect thelevelsofT，LH，andNOintheserumofrats.Tepathologicalmorphologyof kidneyandtestistisuesinratswasobservedby hematoxylin eosin(HE)staining.Results Donkeywhippeptidehasarichvarietyofamino acids ......
