    Abstract：Objective To establish thequalitystandard for Zang medicine Longxiu Ointment.Method Thecomponents of piperine andeugenolwereidentifiedbythin-layerchromatograghy(TLC).Thecontentofpiperinewasdeterminedbyhighperformaceliquid chromatography(HPLC).Results TheTLCchromatographic spots wereclearandnegativewithoutinterference.Thelinearrelationship of piperine was good in the range of 10.501μg/mL to 210.014μg/mL ，and the recovery rate was 101.97% ( RSD=2.79% ). Conclusion Themethodcan efectivelyremove matrix interference，andtheexperimentalresultsareacurateandreliable.
