    Abstract：Objective Toestablishamethod forthedeterminationof pachymicacid inJingui Shenqi Pill.Methods High perforance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determinethe content of pachymic acid.Shiseido CAPCELL PAK C₁₈ ( 4.6mm× 250mm ， 5μm )was used as the chromatographic column，and the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(75：25).The detection wavelength was 2O8 nm，injection volume 20μL ，column temperature 30‰ .Results The linear relationship of pachymic acid was good in the range of 2.92-58.40μg/mL ( r=0.9995 ). The average recovery was 95.65% (RSD =1.02% ).Conclusion The established method issimple ......
