    Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetheefectofSngqishouu Decoctiononvascularendothelialfunctioninearlystageofrenal damageinhypertension.Methods72patientswithearlyrenaldamageofhpertensionadmitedtotheDepartmentofNephologyand Rheumatism weredivided intotwogroupsaccording torandomnumbertablemethod，36cases ineach group.Thecontrolgroupwas treatedwithirbesartantabletandthetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithSangqishouuprescriptiononthebasisofIrbesartantablet.
