    【摘要】 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声技术在胎儿畸形产前筛查中的诊断价值。方法：对我院2001年10月～2008年10月产前检查并分娩的6068例孕妇进行回顾性分析。结果：6068例产妇分娩畸形胎儿127例(2.1%)，其中119例产前经超声检查确诊畸形胎儿94例，阳性率79.0%，超声诊断与产后诊断符合率100%，漏诊25例，漏诊率21.0%；未做超声8例，产前均未做出诊断。结论：彩超可发现大多数的胎儿形态结构异常，在胎儿畸形产前筛查中有重要的诊断价值。

    Color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac screening application

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound technique in prenatal screening of fetal malformations in the diagnosis. Methods: October 2001 -2008 in prenatal and in October of 6068 cases of delivery of pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 6068 cases of maternal 127 cases of fetal malformation (2.1%), of which 119 cases of prenatal diagnosis by ultrasound examination 94 cases of fetal malformation, the positive rate of 79.0%, ultrasound diagnosis and post-natal diagnosis in line with the rate of 100%, 25 cases of missed diagnosis , missed diagnosis rate of 21.0%; done eight cases of ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis were not made. Conclusion: Color Doppler can be found most of the morphological structure of fetal anomalies, fetal malformation in prenatal screening has important diagnostic value. ......
