【摘要】目的：评价小切口注射性臀肌挛缩症的效果。方法：采用小切口治疗具有典型症状的臀肌挛缩症22例。所有病例均要求早期开始功能锻炼。结果：平均随访27个月，优良率100%。结论：采用小切口治疗注射性臀肌挛缩症具有创伤小，愈合快，瘢痕小，外形美观等优点。

    Treatment of the Injection-induced Contracture of Gluteal Muscles and Fasciae with Small Incision

    【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of treatment of the injection-induced contracture of gluteal muscles and fasciae with small incision. Methods:Twentyeight cases of the injection-induced contracture of gluteal muscles and fasciae with small incision were treated by small incision. All cases were asked to do early functional training. Results: The patients were followed up for 27 months. All cases recovered to normal or nearly normal in gait. Conclusion: This operative approach is safe and simple to operate. Additionally, tissue contracture can be released completely and trauma is small. The therapeutic effect is assured. ......
