【摘要】目的:对不同提取工艺肠安颗粒的比较研究。方法:采用小鼠乙酸刺激法复制溃疡性结肠炎动物模型,将处方药材按3种提取方法制成不同的提取液,观察小鼠的整体状况、出现溃疡的动物数、溃疡点数和病理变化。结果:三种药液给药后,小鼠的整体状况、小鼠结肠出现溃疡的动物数、结肠溃疡点数、病理切片均与模型组有显著差异;工艺B组小鼠整体状况比其他2个中药工艺组好,结肠出现溃疡的动物数最少,结肠溃疡点数最少,病理切片显示:炎症细胞轻度浸润,基本形态与正常组相似。结论:各个中药工艺组的提取物都对实验溃疡性结肠炎模型有不同程度的疗效,工艺B组疗效显著。

【Abstract】 objective:to study on the extract technology of Chang -An granulation. Methods:A model of ulcerative colitis (UC) was sieved using mouse models caused by acetic acid. The herbs in the prescription were extracted according to three methods. And integrated with mouse model, the integrated state, the number of ulceration animals and the point of ulceration colon were observed after treated with four extracts by this model. Results:Compared with the group of model, a marked variance was obtained in the integrated state, the number of ulceration animals, the point of ulceration colon and the change of pathology after treated with three extracts, but none of these conditions was less variance. Technology no.B was better than other groups with a better integrated state, less ulceration animals, and the point of ulceration colon was less. Its basic morphology was similar with normal animals. Conclusion: The extract of every technology has a various extent effect on experimental ulcerative colitis. The extract of technology no.B had a better effect on ulcerative colitis.

溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis, UC)病变主要位于结肠的粘膜层,以溃疡为主,多累及直肠和远端结肠,亦可遍及整个结肠。主要症状有腹泻、粘膜脓血便、腹痛、里急后重,常反复发作,治愈难度大,且与结肠癌的发病存在一定的关系,因此被世界卫生组织列为现代难治病之一[1]。肠安颗粒由火炭母、鱼腥草、黄柏等五个中药组成,针对溃疡性结肠炎的病因病机,按照中医理论组方,临床上治疗UC取得良好疗效。中药颗粒剂具有质量稳定、易保存、携带方便的特点。为了开发肠安颗粒,本实验对此处方的提取工艺进行了初步研究,为下一步的提取工艺条件的优化打下了基础。
1材料
1.1实验动物昆明种小鼠(体重18~22g,雌雄各半,广东省实验动物中心,SCXK粤2008A021)。
1.2实验用药柳氮磺吡啶SASP(上海三维制药有限公司,批号200709C15);乙酸(分析醇);中药(广州市致信药业)。
