【摘要】随着世界人口的老龄化，阿尔茨海默症已成为严重威胁老人健康的四大疾病之一。研究并建立可靠的AD动物模型对于探明阿尔茨海默症的病因、发病机制及防治药物的研究与开发均具有重要意义。本文对AD动物模型的研究进展及其评价作一简要综述。
