马来酸曲美布汀加用蒙脱石散治疗肠易激综合征的疗效分析

【摘要】目的：探讨马来酸曲美布汀加用蒙脱石散治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法：对我院在2007年1月至2008年10月收治的80例肠易激综合征患者均分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀0.1g,3次/ d。治疗组给予马来酸曲美布汀0.1g,3次/d,口服;再服用蒙脱石散(3g/次,冲服,3次/d)。两组均连续应用4周。结果：治疗组的总有效率为92.5%，对照组的总有效率为72.5%，两组相比差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。两组未出现严重不良反应。结论：马来酸曲美布汀联合蒙脱石散治疗肠易激综合征疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Trimebutine Buting combined with montmorillonite on treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

【Abstract】 Objective :Trimebutine Buting combined with montmorillonite on treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Method:From January 2007 to October 2008 admission of 80 cases of irritable bowel syndrome patients were divided into treatment group and control group, the control group given Trimebutine 0.1g, 3 times / d. Treatment group Trimebutine 0.1g, 3 times / d, oral; re-use of montmorillonite powder (3g / times, Chong Fu, 3 times / d). The two groups were applied for 4 weeks in a row. Results The overall response rate was 92.5%in the control group, the total effective rate was 72.5%,compared with two significant differences (P<0.05). The two groups does not appear serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Trimebutine combined with montmorillonite on treatment of irritable bowel syndrome significantly, it is worth popularization and application. ......
